Terms of sale
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the legal relationship between the owner of the Hinge Kalli online store (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) and the customer.
1.2. The owner of the Online Store is For Hinge Kalli (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).
1.3. By making a purchase from the Online Store, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes enter into force upon their publication on the website.
2. Products and Prices
2.1. All products sold in the Online Store are described on the product page.
2.2. Product prices are indicated in euros (€).
2.3. The Seller has the right to change prices without prior notice. If the Customer has placed an order before the price change, the price valid at the time of placing the order applies.
2.4. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
3. Placing an Order
3.1. To place an order, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart and the order form must be completed.
3.2. The order is considered confirmed after the payment has been received in the Seller’s bank account.
3.3. The Seller sends an order confirmation to the Customer via email.
3.4. The Seller has the right to cancel the order if:
the product is out of stock
there is a technical pricing error
the Customer has not paid the invoice on time
In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded without delay.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment is made through the payment methods provided in the Online Store.
4.2. Payment is considered completed once it has been received in the Seller’s bank account.
5. Delivery
5.1. Orders are shipped according to the delivery method selected by the Customer.
5.2. Delivery time is usually 2–7 business days (unless stated otherwise).
5.3. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the transport company or force majeure.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act
6.2. The returned product must be:
unused
Undamaged
In the original packaging
6.3. To return a product, a written statement must be submitted via email.
6.4. The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the Customer, except in cases where the reason for return is an incorrect or defective product.
6.5. The Seller will refund the payment no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
7. Submitting Complaints
7.1. In the case of a defective product, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint within 2 years from receiving the goods.
7.2. The complaint must be submitted via email, including a description of the issue and, if possible, photos.
7.3. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 15 days.
8. Liability
8.1. The Seller is responsible for non-conformity of the product with the contract terms.
8.2. The Seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of the product
9. Processing of Personal Data
9.1. The Seller processes the Customer’s personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.
9.2. Personal data is used for fulfilling the order and communicating with the Customer.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. Disputes will be resolved through negotiations whenever possible.
10.2. If no agreement is reached, the Customer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or a court.
